Thanks Canalman, I'll give that a try.

Dave told me next tiem to place the weight more towards the front on darters too..

I heard they are tough to get to go right.

thanks for the help / advice

its all a learning process.....only my 1st one (darter)

I enjoy Trial and Error, just wish I could make em faster!
(no lathe, all hand carves)
