I didn't ask what the point is. 
As for what's not to like, what a hoot if there actually is something not to like. It's got 2 line pickups. What if that sucks?

just make sure you put it on a 32 "graphite stick for his later years.and don't forget the crutch tip on the bottom with a korker pin fa non slippage.
