You don't want all wire guides. The only postive going that route is the look of the finished product.

I still use a single wire guide for my stripper though, I like the larger diameters available & the durability of a wire guide. The rest Fujis SIC's or Hardloys depending on the financial situation. American tackle has some nice guides as well. Could go with the SCUV. If you want that all metal look & still have a quality guide.
