I kinda like Goose's setup, removeable mini Todd post. Imagine best of both worlds, a leaning post you could put out of the way and only use when you want...

leaning post is the way to go,,, i bought one from arrigoni design was not too pricey,,, it fit the bill perfectly,,, built in foot rest(i never use it) has a built it storage container under the seat also room for a cooler in the back with strps to hold it in,,,also rod holders right behind you for trolling etc.

take your kids fishing
