Fisheye

Here's one of our 2# test world record attempt with Fisheye in 1994. The battle lasted close to 1.5 hours. Finally, the mung built up on the line and we broke it off. Releasing a 20# class fish on the right as Fisheye looks on.

Here's the fashion plate himself sporting cutting edge technology and a decent fish. This was when super braid first came on the market. Mike showed up on the dock with it and we all said, "WTF is that stuff?" On the right, we decided to give up on the noodle rod and fish for large instead. That's Fisheye on the right in the frog suit. Pics from 1994. Nice glasses, Mike.

One from Nauset in 1982. This is my brother at 11 years old. I'm in the back casting. This was at the end of long bar where it emptied into deeper water. Its early October, you can see the white water in the back breaking on the bars. We were catching fish on 7" rebels mid day all afternoon. Second pic is from Nauset inlet in July 1995. Fish up to 42# on eels drifted with the outgoing tide.

The day after an August blitz in 1999 on the back. I had 68 large fish in two nights and a $2,800 check to show. It was the end of my heavy fishing days. I got married in 2000.

After a good night in 1996 off the back in the Marconi area on the right. Best was 44#. All on eels.
