John, if you live on s/g // well I had my first home on that street over twenty years ago. And as weird things happen I was working with a young couple who was looking for a house in Warwick because they couldn't afford the east side of the bay. I gave them p/o's and showed them this one . I never told them until they had made a deal that it was my first home. the day of inspection my wife stopped by// and she cried.
