Has anyone considered maybe doing a naked plug swap?

We've all got wire and grommets, and we all paint the colors schemes we like to use anyways. If we just swapped drilled blanks along with whatever lips and weights are needed for each plug in a little baggy, how much easier and less work would that be...

Maybe we'd each finish just a couple for the site, and ship the rest naked...

I'm sure like me, each of you make a plug that you know/think is your best plug. I like to learn what goes into each plug to make it work, and as much as I like fishing stuff from you guys, what I really want to know is what makes em tick. Getting a bunch of turned/drilled blanks along with whatever weights&lips are needed for each would actually be more interesting to me.
