i cant tell you how many times i have done that...raced into work...started a procedure (i am a doc- hence the name)...and the anesthesiologist turns to me and says 'do you smell fish'???

I do it once or twice a week and I don't know about you guys but I feel very focused and full of energy. I hope you do to DOC!
