STORM DAMAGE
man this pisses me off  
thankyou mother nature !!
you are a real piece of work.... NOT !!!
last week peas of perfection
this afternoon 100 foot trees were swaying like windshield wipers
power was out for an hour

Don't give up man. Those of us without green thumbs look up to you guys who have some clue what your doing. When I get mad I crank up my weedeater and clear everything. My mother is still made at the whole "Holly Hawk episode" in the late 80's. I swear I thought they were big, blossoming weeds!!!!!

my power went out
three times yesterday
trees down in town
roads blocked off to accomodate
power line repairs
i'll stand-em all back up
first i'll pick and process
goose....this will feed me til next june
all i could do was to light
candles and go get a six pack of beer.

the stems are tubular so when they get bent your all done producing on that one vine...
and that is why i over plant them knowing full well that a storm will decimate the crop in a single day...
i am picking all day and i won't even dent them !!

I got caught in one of the most violent thunderstorms i have ever been in. The hail was huge! I pulled over as I thought my windshield was going to break!!
