Well, as far as those flares, the Govt does have a way of diverting attention away from what could be really happening!!!

How many people really believe that we landed on the moon in 1969??? Or was this a phony cover-up just to beat the Russians???
Would our govt have survived if the Russians were first??? Lots of questions that go unanswered!!!
