Hey Ron...saw that one too! I have personally seen several boats run aground in this area; have waved off numerous idiots about to run aground and have even had to go in and give one fool (and his girlfriend on the bow )hand signals to steer him out of danger. I find it unbelievable that many "boaters" run around the harbor with no knowledge of the hazards, no charts, no depth sounder, etc. With boats in the 5-6 $$ figure range I would think they would spring for a chart plotter rather than that "must have" stainless marine grill, flag pendant or the 30 packs that they must be drinking!
