Sorry to hear about your gears.Dodge is ,to say the least, famous for the exploding trannys,rear ends,massive oil and coolant leaks bad gas mileage and poor braking.I think they look nice.I'll stick to Old reliable Ford.I hope dodge takes care of that whole mess and the tow guy should be looking for a new line of work right about now.I work on Bigger trucks and we use a few big name tow companies they always do a great job keeping them clean from prints or anything else and they remove the driveshafts most of the time for towing.I'd call dodge and tell them to take that company off the tow list for the area due to the fact that you were alreay in a bad place when you had to get towed and rather than clean and courteous you got messy,dirty and dumb.Keep us updated on how your truck is when it's done and make sure when you put it in park it doesn't roll.If that guy broke your tranny someone needs to fix it.
