The yellow eyes, body shape and paint lead me to believe that. All of the PJ Surf Slappers I've seen have had a "cut head", like the CCBCo Pikies. Does the PJ box have any stamp or label on the end? That Calitri plug is very rare. Is the flaptail on that plug made from lead or stamped metal?
