Sweetwater Ruled only by the tide iTrader: (0) Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Truro Posts: 801	I agree with the sentiments that the problem is certainly not the biomass of striped bass but the biomass of forage species such as menhaden and herring (especially river herring). Protect that forage and keep reasonable limits (like the ones we have now) on the take of striped-bass. Also, they need to open the EEZ to the recreational take of striped bass.
	Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
