Can we only pick one place?? No? OK - It will come from or near the primary haunts for bass; Montauk, Block, Cutty, or Back Beaches - All places that have before produced record size bass.

If I had to pick only one I'd say probably Montauk as of the 4 listed I'm learning it is both unique and has heavy pressure

The probability of landing a record monster bass would occurr at least 20 years from the years with highest indexes. Early as 2009.
Location: ? maybe a inlet somewhere.
