Show me anyone who keeps a new years resolution!
Diets, quit smoking, quit drinking,ect......
Within 3-6 months 90% of those resolutions are out the window !!!

already joined a gym ...need to lose 50 ... need cardio .. do enough lifting in work ..

Whether you stick with a resoulution or not, at least you have not given up. Once you give up you begin the long (or short) spiral to the grave.

MY Hopes are to be optomistic and not make detromental comments about others, Who am I to judge someone else.
reduce my credit card debt contribute more to my retirement plan.
Enjoy my family more , and include them with everything thats going on
This past year after almost loosing matt and helping him get back to a somewhat of normal life we as a famliy have changed our lifestyles to stand behind him
and as for fishing I have fun no matter what Boat, Shore, back water fishing clamming, crabbing,
and as far as loosing weight I've lost 15 lbs and they say if you loose 35lbs you gain an inch of the special part of the male anatomy
