The last person to have that booth# was frankie valgerio in 1989. frankie ate a haven brothers hot dog before the show and died in the booth around 3 o'clock that afternoon. That is why there is a moment of silence every sunday at 3.
I recommend burning some sage and sprinkle some pichuly oil all aournd the booth's perimeter to ward off frankie's spirit.
