Bloo, thanks for the great post. Shortly after I met my wife I asked her if she wanted to see George Carlin. It was a great show, crass but funny just the same. Her kids (late teens) thought I was cool for taking their mom to see him. Well a year and a half later we married. Last week Diane found a lump in her breast so off to the drs. Test were done right away (yesterday)which seemed awful quick. Now we learn that more testing is scheduled for Tuesday. Needless to say things are rather dicey at best here. Her mom, the best mother-inlaw a guy could have, died 10 yrs ago due to complications from breast cancer. The long and short of it all is life is much to short. We all talk it but until reality slaps you hard in the face......well let's just say I think we take to many things for granted. Your post pretty much sums it up!
