Did you report it through the button at the bottom of the auction page giving ebay your auction number and the two copies? They usually are pretty good at dealing with this stuff. Whenever something becomes valuable and collectible it happens and often involves hijacked ebay accounts as well. I deal in high end vintage trumpets and see it all the time... often from stolen accounts or off-shore sellers.
