every-time i see these huge sums of OUR money that tax payers have paid into their Government given away to foreign Countries for what ever purpose...under the sun.. most of them Noble gestures of course... But ... i always divide that number by 52 and wonder how much better off we AMERICANS would be if that same money was distributed to each state for some worthy purpose LIKE TDF just mentioned... to increase
our quality of life for a change instead of taking care of the whole worlds problems.
