I thought it was picking up young girls

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?

There's a distinction between what a dictionary reads and what the law says.
If you trespass to fish for then you could get charged with trespassing while you were fishing or enroute to fish - but that does not make you a poacher.

i'd like to extend the definiton to include its
modern day interpretation of those

ill reputes who take undersized fish of ALL species!!
not reputable and will cost you some dough and, perhaps,
some time in jail should you be a mommaluke whence caught!!

FL has a zero tolerance with regards to its snook fishery,,,,,,,,,,,
get caught with an illegal linesider down there and they will take
everything attached to the fish (ie boat, trailer, truck, and you);
plus any fines that are due

*don't forget the tennis poachers while playing doubles*

between man and nature shall not be broken."~~ Leo Tolstoy

Happy Hunting to ALL!
