Finally,a response!

Thanks John....

Maybe next time with the fish too bro....

This am sucked wind...man I'm tired, but the kiddie rides tomorrow will be a needed change from the green grass and salt water. Can't wait for the teacups.

Was trying to get a pic of JohnR and TonyO holding the cup this AM, but being the modest fellows they are and hoping not to jinx team S-B, they both declined the opportunity. So I simply clicked away whilst experimenting with manual camera settings.

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind

I am in Mike. I will be hitting it hard (as possible with work and family) the next month.

Energy drinks and casual days at work from here on out.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. ~John Buchan

just looking over the numbers, we need 45's from the surf, about 5 of them will do it the way things stand now - tall order but possibly do-able. i'll be out there looking for mine. hopefully soon. regrouping this week for a big push to the finish.

in the interest of heppin' out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

landed this fatty last night for a new pb (36" to yellow tape),
42.5"L x 27"G = 38.72#, roughly ~using the formula.
with the +/- factor, she tops my previous 33.5 best
from last year ~~ even if i were to round down to 35#'s,,,,,,

very exciting CATCH, and it feels like i've turned a corner
so to speak, with my ability to PLAY the bigger fish.
on the same BITE there was a 39" fatgurl, C&R,,,,,,,,,,
then a 36"er for the table. 5 casts, 3 eeeeels, 3 stripers!!!
sorry about the funky angles, but i couldn't get her to fit inside
the frame, and i wanted to make a clean release.

doan know why i didn't kill it for the Tourney,
prolly because i didn't feel like it was BIG enuff.
and i truly doan believe in killing our prey, unless
it will impact the Team's totals or the family needs fish.

from what i can figure we need sum 46#'ers and UP!!
so hopefully, tonight will bring me a COW!! GO GET 'EM, MEN!!
