Please..My head is big enough..All on my own doing..
Someone once told me I have fish luck.Like a idiot savant..
Just prior to hooking that fish I had to retie..My knot was less than perfect I said F-it..I hate to be out of the water...
When I hooked the fish.I had some idea it was a good one.It did not fight like any of the other ones I had caught there. Most of the other fish came right in and you had em green on 10 yds of line..this one stayed out then came to the top and showed itself..That was cool..It made four or five good short runs.Nothing out of the ordinary.. I always wonder about my drag when the line comes off so easy..In the back of my head I'm going.. I know I checked it...Man it seems loose..Don't touch it...I don't fish a overly tight drag I will cup the spool if I have to.I did for a brief moment to turn the fish from the only rock in sight. Then it was over.I just let it do its thing till it was time to slide it in.Anyways,,with the crappy knot I just tied I could not lean on it.Who knows I may have played it different with a good knot.As I was getting ribbed.("That fish is kickin your butt").I may have lost it..but i didn't..
