I think the best bet for rubber coated canvas is a rubber bicycle tube patch. the trouble with rubber waders is that once they start to go , they crack up and leak everywhere. If they are still relatively new but torn , a rubber patch plus a smear of shoe goo would help. In some areas , like on the crotch seam , nothing seems to hold up long.
