Anyone got Neck arthritis?

I'm hearing from a bunch of people that chiro is bad. I heard this from my doc too and was going to look into it anyways but think I will stay away from that now. Last thing I want to do is aggravate it at this point.

Thanks much for the folks that emailed. I'm kinda at a loss of what to do at this point. I think i'm going to stick to my original idea of going to see a pain management specialist and see if they can make any recommendations based on the mri's etc.

always remember...we are all walking bags of chemicals
and a drug that works perfectly for me may not even dent your pain and vice versa. It might be that codiene
is perfect for you ...or naproxin or acetaminophen...it's an
experiment to see what works. I found out that i was lacking magnesium for instance making my muscles knot up like a bastage and when i took it in supplemental form
i had allot less problems all around. it's probably going to be a whole bunch of things in concert that will be your strategy.
