Update your website!!
I like the shape of your canal pencils but they sink like a stone and take a while to get back to the surface. Maybe a slower sinking canal style pencil??

They are built that way Lurch. They passed the test with flying colors this past season with many big fish caught and lost. They get down to give the big girls a look and swim back to the surface.....this is how a canal pencil is supposed to work. "Sink like a stone" is exactly the way I built them.....lighter would not be a Canal Pencil......it would be a standard pencil with a flat bottom. The entire reason for the flat bottom is because they sink it helps get them to the surface quicker.......they work.....if you have one I suggest you give it a shot and fish it accordingly as it is built to sink.

I would like to be able to buy some of those mini prey swimmers that you were previewing at last yr's RISAA show. Did those ever go into production?

Yes! Thanks Larry. I think those will be good sellers, they are a very unique plug that no one else makes, especially in that size.

I wanted to have them out for this season but life gets busy so on the back burner they went...reluctantly! I fished them though and I love them!

i think what i meant now about a wooden head was to get something to suspend....
is that possible? and still get the casting distance...

Hey Larry,
I think the post you're referring to is a puzzle. The picture of the "Dart" with the letters "ER" under it is what he's looking for you to build.
Dart + er = darter
