Heroin is cheaper than Oxy, by far. The real evil of it is that HS kids can just pop one, no need to even ask Teach for permission to go to the john. They can beam up right at their desks while Teach is writing on the board .
When my wife was teaching at Bourne HS, they were averaging two police/EMS OD responses a week.
