This is what I was getting at above. Each team member can only have his top two fish count for the team for the year. Only keep a fish to weigh in if it is over 40, or a high 30.

I don't like looking at the scoreboard early in the year and seeing tons of 18-19lb stripers weighed in. It does nothing for your team, and you aren't gonna win a weekly for it.
