Yea today was the big 40. I'm setting some goals for the next 40 plus years. Started the day with a nice mountain bike ride and am going to ride at lunch during the week. Working out and losing some lb's is my goal. I just want to feel better about myself. Oh yea...and I'll always remember to stop and smell the roses! What a gorgeous day today. Spent it grilling on my new grill with my family and then took a swim down at Burkes beach. Sweet!
