or somehow be specifically segregated
the amount of money other countries are
investing in cyber war technology is alarming
considering that a huge cyber attack on the usa
can inflict as much damage as 9/11 did and more
the time to hit us in the wallet is now
so i am happy to see this Bill coming
it is way way over due.
