There are books in print that offer the top however many striper fishing locations from NJ to ME. These books have been around for years and they provide the reader with directions, when to go, how to fish the spots and what to use for bait/lures. The only thing they don't do is cast for you.

I've seen spots that I fish in books and when I go, there are never crowds and there are usually plenty of fish. Don't get too worked up if you see some guy in bermuda shorts with a meatstick and a 5 gallon bucket in one of "your" spots. Those guys usually go once, realize the popular spot stinks and put their gear away for the season. It's not worth getting worked up over.

As for the spot "burned" in the mag, there's plenty of miles of productive shoreline to fish there. I've never had a problem finding a place away from everyone else when I've gone. And that place has been burned more often and in more places than you can count.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio
