I have the one that OTW gave out for signing up for the StriperCup.

It swims nice, but I have not caught anything yet

I haven't taken mine out of the package yet, but the hooks look a little chintzy to me. If I ever decide to use it, I'll replace the split rings and hooks.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

Take a look at the SPRO BBZ1 swimbaits too. They're super nasty. Been getting nice largemouths on them and will be taking them to the salt tonight. They look so real I've been getting numerous outsized laregemouths swimming right up to the bait and bumping it with their noses. Its really cool, with a little cover or an erratic retrive the fish slam them.

It's not the bait

BBZ 1

Not a particularly large fish, but it still thumped this thing. Plug is 9".

That Magic Swimmer has been my go-to plug this year. After talking to Patrick, the guy who designed those lures, I started putting a 3/0 VMC up front and taking the tail hook off at his suggestion. (this is for the 7") He has caught fish over 100 pounds on them rigged this way. Put in a little time with that lure some night soon and you'll have the confidence I have in it. It's an amazing lure.
