What's the price difference from buying locally?

Also, have you tried this specific model of kayak on the water? Considering your size I'd want to make damn sure it was able to handle your weight comfortably and be balanced well.

Unless it's a model you can't get around here I'd be astounded if you couldn't get a local shop to price match or at least get in the ballpark.

I would be very concerned about you not liking the yak, not wanting to pay return freight and then be stuck with something that's not perfect. This insurance alone is worth 20% if you ask me.
