John I agree with Saltheart on the lenth requirement. We can measure the fish and release it. I think 36" is a good starting point. I also like to start with an early morning tide included especially with the tides in the ditch that morning! Do you think we could kick this around a bit? I'll fish anyways no matter what the tourny decides. By the way I won't be leaving the ditch myself if anyone is interested, has waders and doesn't mind rock climbing.
