I hit the beach at sunrise, dead low. No love after two hours. Saw birds around the corner south of me, so drove to get the boat. Downwind trip only to find the birds were gone. Trolled some deep swimmers outside the dozen boats chunking in the lee of Marblehead Neck. Return trip was a little snotty, head on into steady 20 knot NW with short chop. Hoping for a much lighter breeze from the SW for tonight/tomorrow's last push for a Cup fish.
