You can see the bottom corners of the float boxes and their proximity to the hull in the pic.Add a 200+ pound fisherman,and they hit the hull.Gotta go.
good luck with the boat bobby! once you gut it you'll have a blank canvass , i'd go with 2 seats and a casting plaform up front. the foam flotation is a good idea imo. eff the carpet- does nothing but retain water and is beotch to clean- i took yards out of my skiff .
Animal if you are talking about the pink fanfold they use under siding, I have 2 bundles of 1/4" you can have you just got to pick it up. Want to get it out of my garage..
