I was down to Gilbert Stuart last weekend and didn't see any herring at all. Although I must say I have seen an Egrit (sp?) standing amongst the sea gulls, and they don't come to town until the buffet is open.
I'm going to give the Narrow a whirl this Saturday. I am going for what I call a "fish orgy"...opening day trout in the morning, pike fishing in the afternoon, and stiper fishing at dusk.
The actual definition of a fish orgy is three different fish in three different water types. The best part about a fish orgy is it usually requires a case of beer
for the day and a comfortable pillow on the couch when I get home to the fiance.
