Batson Enterprises, Inc is an American owned and operated corporation, located in the Pacific Northwest town of Sequim, Washington.
We are home for the made in USA “Rainshadow” Fishing Rod Blanks and “Forecast” Rod Components. Our History includes more than 30 years of custom rod building, manufacturing, product development, and the supply of rod blanks and components to rod building enthusiasts, wholesale/distributors, and major manufacturers around the world.

I copied the above from the Rainshadow site and pasted it here.

I believe that "batson" brand rods are made overseas but "Rainshadows" also by Bob Batson are made in the USA. Suppose to be very nice blanks. I only ever built one rod on a rainshadow. A very light spinner which went (along with 6 other "practice rods" ) for "a give away price" at the Mass Bass Show to one of the guys here for his son. It seemed like a high quality blank to me.
