Great question

Last year some guy, using nothing but bondo, an airbrush and some elbow grease, upstaged true craftsmen simply because the voting public chose cosmetics over masterfully crafted remakes of unusual vintage plugs.

A division for refurbished plugs is needed.

I won't be doing that this year.

nothing wrong with bondo plugs or fiberglass plugs or pvc trimboard plugs, what difference does it make?

Woody, you give the impression that the plug you mentioned beat out some other catagory of plugs did that happen?

I am pretty sure we had a restoration/representation of a classic award last year. And we'll have it this year too.
Maybe some written explanations to go along with them will be in order this year so the general voting public can have an idea what they are voting on.
