See there you go Sokinwet John. After reading that I'd say your good to go. The reason I'm sceptical is about 8 years ago during these Closure months I was going out and getting 50-70 pounds of inshore scrod and small cod and making some gas money. I was verbally assaulted buy a local comm that said I could not do that. After a call to the state they told me the closure went all the way to the shore....who knew. So best to call again and get it straight.

Niko.....Yes,, just got home Wed night. Spent my last couple weeks delivering some Humanitarian Aid, making water, pumping some fuel etc. to Haiti. Just a mess there and what a stink on some days....
