Ya Karl, I understand that point and that is why I did not put a claim in a year ago when a water filter went bad in the middle of the night and flooded my basement, I just figured they'd raise my rates. Well you know what? they did raise them anyway even though i didn't put in any claim or even inquire about it. I told my agent I found ins. cheaper and he scrambled to find one somewhat competitive.
