Motox forgot to mention the fact that they have also made a fake top copy of a lease agreement and are trying to scare us into paying this months rent and they have made it perfectly clear that they are not giving us our security deposit back. I have written them saying we would agree to pay a pro-rated portion of this month (however long we are here) under the circumstances that we get our security back. We are not trying to be unagreeable just feel as though we don't owe them money seeing as we have paid an extra 60 dollars every month for the washer and dryer which equals to $360 and we never had the washer and dryer work.... Plus they are keeping the deposit too and we will be out by this weekend I don't feel as though we are being unfair...
