Hmm could it be they are getting cosmetic surgery covered under the Ma plan and not covered elsewhere? Bailing on the MA plan after racking up the bills. Its like bringing a used car up to par and peddling it off onto someone else, let them deal with the hidden costs. In this case the "them" is us.

What is next hmmmmm ohh rationing care, yeah that'll work.
