Obviously there is quite a process to get it from an idea to a bill and then passed into law.Takes tons of work and support.Anyone a member of RFA ? They really helped make it happen in NJ with support from a bunch of local groups.I don't want to knock RISAA but it's almost like they are accepting the rules as a victory and then ignoring the obvious exploiting.
