I'm stuck in western MA for a wedding this weekend. I hate being away from the salt. But I can always hit the pond behind my house for some freshies. Here is one from the other night. I'm guessing 5-6ish?

I normally don't like to fish on weekends but am taking out a friend for what will be their first striper trip ever in the am. I'll be content with just getting them on some schoolies. Rocfish maybe we'll cross paths in the river if you are still out there after daybreak. I'll be in a 16' marsh brown painted vhull.

Saturday afternoon I hit the books, go help out at my church's food festival saturday night, sunday back to work and sunday night more homework.

I'm going back to school at night starting next week so this maybe one of my last trips of the season. It's been a great season for me so far.

Brooks and Dunn concert last night. Great show. Was designated driver, always am.. Funeral this morning with Mom and brother. Was for town moderator , who was also the man that got me on skates and picked me up every Saturday at 0620 for the hockey skating skills progam as a kid. We also sailed an Etchells 22 together for several years. Good man.
Rest this afternoon, and out to dinner. Up and out for the early predawn high tide Sunday

Out and About

Heading out early Sunday to catch early tide. Probably somewhere around the Hull. Getting too itchy in Boston, to many white buckets all around!!
