So does this mean that Ma healthcare is now unconstitutional too?

Will be interesting to see the long-term fight over this and will certainly lead to a Supreme Court decision. After the SC decision, then we will see the MA law get challenged - obviously that assumes the SC will make the hopeful 5-4 decision striking it down.
