I found a real good thing to help the sealer and the plugs to dry between coats is to hang them by the furnace as it helps to pull the moisture out of the plug and also helps the paint to cure up and harden. also if you don't recoat a plug with in an hour you NEED to wait 48 hrs so as the paint won't react with it's self and bubble up.
