I dunno, I wader thru threads on 3 different sites and sumpin' still don't sound right.

I'll say this, they'd be better off in the long run if they set up a network of dealers that were trained and authorized to do the servicing. They can't physically service every reel they've ever sold AND keep up production to meet that increased demand I read about
