From my oyster guy in Osterville. Two small keepers last night with sea lice.
Definitely not holdovers.

Got my first schoolies today, on top water too, on a copper colored spook I turned this winter.
A great way to start the season.

I agree. Personally I can't justify the 3 hour round trip right now, so I'm doing the local freshwater thing with my kids. Will start kicking it up around mid may once the bigger stuff enters the canal. |

Was snooping around that area last Saturday with nothing to show for it. Inside or outside that water is still damn cold. Bad enough I'm Irish but the additional shrinkage I didn't need.
