Lookin good!!!! I did a little last night as well. I get more and more motivated as the weather warms up!

Quick question/comment. I know when I cut my skeg out I read somewhere that you don't want to run it all the way to the back of the boat. I don't think it's the end of the world, but the water turbulance can mess with the prop some. I just ran out and measured (it's not easy to get to as it's still on the cradle)...looks like I stopped mine ~18 or so from the transom.

If you do a search on the building site you'll find a lot more info.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks!
Lower, are you building too? Got any pics?
I was wondering about wether the skeg went all the way back to the transom. Couldn't find it on the boat plans. Will check into it.

Wheeled the boat outside to sand the hull and attach rubrails.
